Our Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert

 Rachael Demian is an experienced Realtor with Signature Realty, serving in residential real estate in the Denver and surrounding areas.  She is one of a select group of Realtors who has earned the Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert (CDRE™) designation. - there are only 4 in the state of Colorado.  Ms. Demian graduated college Summa Cum Laude, holding  a bachelor’s degree in Special Education and History. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Rachael served 13 years as an educator. Ms. Demian is the recipient of the Five Star Rising Star award for two consecutive years.   She is a mentor within Signature Realty, mentoring other real estate agents.  As part of her mentorship role, she teaches classes, hosts round-table meetings, and provides one-on-one training to the mentees assigned to her. Ms. Demian’s specialized education and training in the divorce real estate arena put her at the top of her field in dealing with families, lawyers and the judicial system when selling property in family law matters. Ms. Demian has prepared over 100 Certified Market Analysis on homes within the Denver and metro areas. She provides this information to attorneys and parties by serving the legal communities as an expert in divorce real estate transactions.
